The James’ Ark Helpline provides confidential guidance and support for families navigating the challenges of separation. Our experienced team offers mental health support, parenting advice, and practical guidance, as well as responding to general enquiries and providing clear signposting to additional services where needed.
We are here to support families who may be struggling with the emotional, practical, or relational impact of separation, ensuring they feel listened to, informed, and supported.

Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
